Who I am
I'm Armin Menaji, founder of Websi Australia. I run a Sydney software and AI consultancy — and I still sit in the build. Custom software, automation, and data products for ANZ SMBs and enterprise partners. Not a pitch deck with subcontractors behind it.
How I work
I start with the bottleneck, not the stack. We write down what we will not do, then ship a thin first version you can actually run — with access, docs, and someone who remembers the project after launch week.
What you get
A named owner, one thread, and work sized to the risk. If Websi is the wrong fit, I'll say so early. If we take it on, you get engineering that still makes sense in six months.
